Tahko Gym
Tahko Gym is located in Tahko Spa. The over 200-square-metre gym has the right equipment, whatever your workout. Tahko Gym has Wattbikes for aerobic exercises, two treadmills, rowing and indoor skiing machines, and fitness bikes. For weight practice, the gym also has LifeFitness weightlifting machines, and plenty of space for free-weight workouts and functional exercises.
Tahko Gym is open during Tahko Spa’s opening hours. Gym access can be purchased at the Spa reception.
Family exercise tip: Work out at the gym while your children are having fun at SuperCorner! Tahko Gym has great visibility to SuperCorner.

Tahko Spa offers four different treatment facilities where you can enjoy various massage and beauty treatments. We recommend making reservations well in advance.
